A friend of mine told me that there is hard dinghy that is unsinkable and its mostly used by people who sails a lot. As far as I understood it has like a double hull and between these hulls some kind.

Dinghy Name? – Cruisers & Sailing Forums
Do most people label their dingy/tender with a name? If so is it required? I know my state (RI) requires reg numbers on both sides but I havent investigated a name yet.
